So does anyone know of or can recommend a translator Addon that works like what is implemented in Chrome that can translate on-the-fly? If not exactly but can do close to what Chrome can do?

EN is the main but if I go to a Japanese or EU site in Firefox I like to be able to translate to read the site as well. So it be like Chrome that I can change to display EN or close to grammar correctly EN translations.

For EU sites you can use inbuilt translator -> Firefox Translation. Japanese will be added in 2nd half of this year.
