Music sites won't load
Soundcloud and Spotify just won't open at all but when I clear my cookies and site data it works until I close out the tabbold text

Works for me. see screenshot Who are you using for DNS? What security software are you running? Does it happen under a different windows account?

Does it still happen with default settings in a new browser profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.
