I have Adblocker Ultimate as an add-on. But I can't seem to put it in my toolbar. I have searched the internet to resolve this problem and nothing worked. It is listed in my Add-ons manager but I can't get it to show up in any bookmarks or the toolbar. It does work but I can't find it anywhere.

Click on the Puzzle piece and verify it's actually there. But sometimes if your title bar doesn't have room it won't be visible too.
