Why Does Firefox Freeze When I Try to Log into my Lloyds Bank Online account.

In the last few days (not sure exactly when) I have been unable to log on to my online bank account. Firefox freezes so I can't put my password into the relevant box. Plus none of the 'buttons' on Firefox will operate - file, edit etc. I have version 60.5.2. Firefox works fine on all other websites. I have tried emptying cache and deleting browsing history. I can access the online site with other browsers. Any ideas on how I can use Firefox to access my account

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
