That depends on how you are trying to get on the web. Are you using your own service? Public service? WiFi? Wired?

Sounds like you are trying to use the local area network that is provided [*and owned] by the RV park. You'll need to get the Username and Password for network access from the park manager [or another 'camper']. The cost of using their network might be included in the daily fee, or it may be an extra cost / optional service at some RV parks.

Probably doesn't make a difference whether tyou would be using a "wireless" {WiFi} connection or a "plug-in" connection, the "local area network" would work similar on either.

Now, if you are using a cell phone via a Bluetooth connection to your laptop, that is something completely different ....
