After you are informed that a problem was resolved [and how], why do you send out a bugzilla request for info on the problem for over 6 months? Stop it.

I have an issue with Firefox becoming a memory hog - the useage keeps climb up and up and up at the time of writing this, it has climbed up to 781, 730k.

As I was researching though, I realized that the last time I requested help about a Firefox issue; once the issue was resolved and reported to you as resolved, I got a weekly bugzilla request for a followup for OVER SIX MONTHS!!!!

Even though I replied over a half dozen times that the issue was resolved [and HOW it was resolved], these emails kept coming every single week.

If you can help resolve the issue of Firefox becoming a memory hog, that's great. But if you can't do it without spamming me for over six months, then forget it. I'll search for an answer elsewhere.

or reply in the bug report directly and clear any request flags set for you
