Hi NSHS,

Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? You should take a look at the View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of good information in there. You should try both of the suggested PDF add-ons to see if that fixes the issue.

Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? You should take a look at the View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of good information in there. You should try both of the suggested PDF add-ons to see if that fixes the issue.
