Go to Trend Micro's site and use their online scanner to make sure you're not still infected, or to Norton's site to use their Check-up product.

Use the Windows Clean up utility:

Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup

Uninstall Firefox, re-download a fresh copy and then install it.

If you still have a problem, start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode by holding down the SHIFT key when you click on your Firefox icon to start the program. If you can start Firefox that way, try disabling all your add-ons and re-start Firefox.

If you can't start Firefox after these steps, you may still have a virus, or there may be another issue like a corrupted Firefox profile (the place where Firefox stores your bookmarks and preferences.) To make a new profile, see Managing Profiles.
