My tool bar isnt showing up normaly. it is like a normal window with no orange tab

i have a picture, its hard to explain.. the top left corner, it doesnt look like how it is supposed to. i run on windows xp and a dell dimension e521 my laptop had the beta version and it isnt like this one. its normal. all it shows on this one is a file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, and help. but it is supposed to show just an orange bar??

The new interface is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get it on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.

If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.
