Why can't I go back or forward using the arrows on the navigation tool bar? I can only right-click and select from history items.

I found it by disabling addons one at a time - an add-on called Favicon Picker 2 0.6.1.14 was causing the problem. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/favicon-picker-2/?src=api
