I am operating with Windows XP and a dial-up connection. Firefox seems to have downloaded a new version of 3.6; I can't find the version number. (OK, I see, it's 3.6.13.) When I set my preferences using the "Tools" link, they won't stay set when I close and then re-open Firefox.
