TB version 78.8.1 (64-bit); Windows 10 version 2004 After years of use, TB stopped receiving mail from my bellsouth.net email server. I had made no changes to any settings. Error message when I start TB: "Sending of password for user xxx did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: Server error - Please try again later." After countless attempts to fix, ended up uninstalling TB, deleting the profile from App Data, reinstalling TB and added my account. Same result. Added my wife's account with the same servers and identical settings. Her account works fine. How can I solve this? I have direct access to my email account via the internet with the password I use in TB.

Check that you have the correct settings, create a secure mail key on the AT&T site, remove the passwords from Saved Passwords in TB Preferences/Privacy & Security, restart TB, enter the key when prompted for a password.
