When it first came out, it was causing a lot of problems in Gmail -- eliminating specific tabs. I reinstalled later and discovered it conflicts with the embedded links on Twitter which link only to blank pages unless True Key is disabled in which case it works fine. True key works fine with both gmail and twitter on Edge and Chrome browsers.
