When I went to that page, it opened a player. When I allowed the player to run, I got the password input. I entered some info, and it responded.

What is the issue you are having?

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

My issue was that whenever I went to that site, I would try to type in my login credentials but nothing would show up.

What ended up working was disabling hardware acceleration in the Firefox preference menu. Thanks for your help!
