TB is failing: now 2 of 3 accounts no longer receive mail and Calendars stopped working

One of my accounts stopped working properly. Sending messages started to get Administrative prohibition errors and receiving was sporadic and possibly has stopped all together.

In trying to fix that account I changed some of the IMAP port settings on both accounts and now the second is not receiving.

Another problem is that sometimes when I start TB after having shut TB down it says that it is still running and I have to open Task Manager to kill the process. This may be the root of my problem because when the first account stopped receiving emails I could "fix" it by restarting TB. Is there a file somewhere that is corrupted?

Lastly my google calendars have stopped working. I deleted them all and then set them back up again, but no data appears.

At least a couple of your items sound like Firewall/AV problems.
