This is a repeat of a problem that I posted a couple of weeks ago. I am unable to log in to my New York Times account on Firefox (other browsers work fine). I have reset the password several times but it still doesn't work. I had a response to my previous question that led me to disable Total Cookie Prevention for that site. Thereafter the Times seemed to work properly and I stated that the problem was fixed. However, the fix lasted for only a short time and it is again acting the way it previously acted--I can't get past the first page to the full stories. There must be something else at work, but I have no idea what.

This issue is only on two computers (24" iMac running Sonoma) - others at the client site work normally.

Client has up to date Firefox (127.0.2 - also tried latest ESR) full screen with multiple tabs - config set to use system print dialog by default. Print - print dialog opens, print is sent. Tabs are now greyed out, cannot type in text boxes. Changing context (opening and closing About Firefox) restores normal function.

set up a new profile - same issue.

When trying to login to my AT&T account from fire fox the page continually refreshes and will not load. Microsoft edge will login fine. Anyone know the solution?

I have been using sandrawhitfield@comcast.net as user name for Firefox account. I want to delete that email because I'm leaving comcast ASAP. I read instruction that say add a new email name as a secondary account and then delete the primary one above. I entered whitfieldsandra@gmail.com. I got a message that said that account already exists. Since I didn't know that or remember any password for it, I entered whitfieldsandra@gmail.com and said "forgot password." I changed it Now Firefox won't let me in using the whitfieldsandra@gmail.com account. Would appreciate any help you can offer.

I recently switched from windows to Linux, and was using it for 3 months now. It was due to window recall Feature. But still i was using chrome as default and daily browser. I wanted to explore firefox, its great actually, except 2 things which might need me to switch back to chrome or brave.

1. it don't have fu**king Profile switch, I mean i use 11 Profiles On Chrome, most people still use 2-4 profiles, how can we move to a browser that dont support profiles. I know we can add profiles by "about:Profiles" I tried it. It worked but guess what? To switch profile i have to manually go to that page to launch it. So much time consuming and frustrating. Why not simply add a btn on profile pic like chrome to switch profiles?

2. Add-ons is good thing, but there should be a way to install things from chrome web store, i not found any.

If firefox can fix these two things firefox can simply grow back to 30+ % market share, but if not people will just test l;like me and go.

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. Since the penultimate and now the last current update to version 127.0.2 (64Bit), the button (tile with the + sign) to add new shortcuts is no longer available. How can new shortcuts be added now?

Download Web plugin to access my Security DVR. When I type in the IP of the DVR, firefox will momentarily go to the plugin but then says it needs to be downloaded. HELP

Hello everyone, I have had a problem for a few weeks on the X platform. Some buttons no longer appear, notably the edit button on an image post or the "see" button for a hidden account (see images attached) Does anyone have a solution? I uninstalled ALL the extensions and restarted the app, but nothing works! Thanks in advance

why do i get a message that firefox has crashed. what has happened. i am not satified with firefox. it is very slow and sometimes crashes.

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

When I used to take screenshots, they would be automatically named with the date, time, and part of the text captured regardless of language. A few days ago and with no reason I can discern, it now saves any non-English screenshots with something like this "Screenshot 2024-06-23 a[...].png" instead of "Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 08-02-28 Politics Policy Polit[...].png" (usual for English text and what I used to get with all languages).

Which means I have to manually rename screenshots. Does anyone know how I can fix this because I am working on a project with lots of screenshots for topics from different languages?

For two days will tab crash for TikTok. For years, will not allow access to certain sites and no contest entries for the last few months. Worked before. No phone help and to download the browser doesn't work. I was upset as won't load TIktok and I NEED IT as use it daily. Please fix it ASAP!! I wasted time contacting Monzilla, as was only link for Firefox. They told me no help wasted today.

Copying text with the latest version of Firefox 127.0.1 (64-bit) does not catch all lines of a page and its text the marking of these lines are ignored the same page text works if using Chrome

Those marked grey (in attached file) are the only that are captured as all the rests are left out even if they was intended to be marked .

Any help would be appreciated!!!

My laptop uses Window 11. On the web Bet365, I view live streams video by Picture in Picture mode of Firefox (hotkey: Ctrl+Shift+]) and see that the quality of video is very bad. I tested with Chrome and didn't see this issue. Is there any way to improve video quality of Firefox Picture in Picture mode?
