This only happens to my laptop, via wireless. My desktop works fine with yahoo.com as homepage. I had to reinstall windows,downloaded firefox and now the alternative is yahoo Nederland (not US) and even though the homepage is set for yahoo.com, it gets redirected to the Romanian one (I am in Romania).
