There are three SWEDISH UMLAUT letters (and three capital umlaut letters)! When I hold down the ALT key and then sequentially type on the NUM pad the numbers 1 3 2, I get the Swedish letter ä. Great, but when I hold down the ALT key and type sequentially on the NUM pad the numbers 1 3 4 or 1 4 8 for the other two LOWER case letters, FIREFOX goes BONKERS and I do NOT get the requested umlaunt letters!
