Firefox lost its user profile and will not load. Error message says profile was moved or lost. Have tried reloading with new version but same error message appears. Try creating a new profile first. It won't have your bookmarks or other data, but it's a starting point. This article describes how to use the Profile Manager to do that: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles.

Once you have Firefox running, we can move on to the next step of looking for your missing data. Please don't delete anything Firefox-related, just in case.
