new tab replacement url in firefox 43.0.1 not working
I have the add-on and chose custom url, https://www.google.com but it does not open to that when I click on new tab?

The latest version isn't compatible with Firefox 43 as it uses the aboutnewtab-service that will be available in Firefox 44 and later. The Browser Console shows an error message about this
You can install the version 1.1 from the version page as that seems to be working.
