   First of all mention the screenshot of your problem so we can understand easily what you want.

You can check the connection settings.

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

This is not necessarily an issue with Firefox, I just found out. I just had this with a customer which had Client Authentication enabled on IIS7.

If that's the case this must be disabled on the server side by going (in IIS) to:

website -> SSL Settings -> Select Ignore under client authentication
