How can I pin firefox websites to windows 8 start?

more options

I know how to pin websites to my windows 8 start page (not desktop - the one with the tiles - Metro maybe?) so that they open with internet explorer. However, I really don't like IE and use a combo of safari, chrome or firefox - how can I pin things like facebook and my online email to my start page so that they open with these browsers and not IE? Thanks for any help :)

When I looked into this last month, I couldn't find an easy way to do this. I posted "I saw a page with a set of steps so absurdly long that I'm not even going to post the link." Hopefully someone has developed an add-on or better approach by now!

(Whatever that link was, it's not in my history on this computer, so I can't post it at the moment.)
