Sometimes a bug appears in firefox. When I choose a picture and "save as", the popup opens, I choose destination and name, but the "save" button doesn't work. And if I close the popup and press "save as" again, it's still not working. However, the appearence of this bug seems pretty random. http://puu.sh/1TbFE

This can happen if there are illegal (reserved) characters in the file name like in this case the '?'.
You will have to check for that and remove those characters until it works.
