It should be possible to paste images from the clipboard with Ctrl+V in places that accept images like Google Image search. Make sure the input area has keyboard focus.

Note that with Firefox 120 you are behind on updates (122.0 has been released the 23th).

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
