On my Mac (High Sierra), I can't make Tab font larger even after using jscher's great fix using about:config and devp. It worked beautifully on Linux Mint (Firefox 103) but not on Mac with Firefox 115. Will be 80 in July. Want to fix this soon . . . ha!

I stumbled onto the Mac system settings. Noticed "Scaled" in Display, which I changed to the next setting and OH BOY! made everything, including Firefox Tabs, larger. It may be a bit problematic in showing a couple word games I play, but it's much better. Plus, it's easy to change. Firefox is my absolute favorite browser for so many reasons. I appreciate the enthusiastic and readily available help.
