Hi there! I've spent the better part of my evening following various troubleshooting techniques and tips, but none of them have worked. I've refreshed firefox, restarted everything. I am someone who turns my computer off regularly as well, so that isn't a factor. As I am typing this, the issue is happening. Every time I try to type longer than a sentence, especially in email, and only in firefox (I have tried several different browsers to see if it was an issue elsewhere, but it's only local to firefox), firefox slows right down. It isn't just email, either. I tested it on a tweet, tested it on other websites, just randomly typing and it continues to happen. I'll be typing and the words will take 10-15 seconds to appear on the screen, and my computer makes a weird whirring noise. I am positive that it's a CPU issue for firefox only, but even following all of the steps listed in the help section, it still happens. And now I'm at a little bit of a loss of what to do. I have a HP computer, and use Windows 11, and plenty of RAM (the computer is less than a year old). If anyone is able to help, that would be wonderful. Thank you so much.
