Dear Dropa, I don't understand one thing that you are talking about. I don't know computers. I still have the problem. I don't want to go with Mic edge, but if I can't get this figured out, I will just have too. HELP

I am going to say something about firefox. I have promoted firefox to all of my family members for a long time. Now I am having several problems that I can not fix, because the individuals who answer the help questions, and the troubleshooting answers are so far above my head that I can't solve them, of course just like Mic edge, and google you don't get to talk with a real human. So that leaves me and all of my family members to find a more simpler browser. This is causing me to change to a new server, along with all of my family members.
