I tell the browser constanly on pages I use to make them safe but never does. Have to redo every time with text message or email.

Do you have an example of a site that you are marking as "safe"? It may be the case that this is happening for a very good reason.

It is any site that has a selection to make it safe so I don't have to redo it every time. The suggestion to turn off enhanced tracking protection seems to work.
