In FF mobile, when I try to use Autofill I get a pop up requiring me to confirm that I want to populate the password field. I don't understand the purpose of this measure. I think an option displays saying "do not require this again." I once checked this. And the Autofill approval stopped for a while. But then Autofill again began to require me to approve filling the fields. Is there any way to turn this feature off permanently?

To be clear, I do not want to disable Autofill. I only want to disable the requirement to confirm that I want to use the feature and populate the field.

Hi Richard

That confirmation is necessary otherwise should you change your password for a service not having updated Firefox for Android, or wish to use different account credentials for that login, you would be automatically logged in using the saved credentials.
