I use Windows 7 with Firefox 43.0.4 When attempting to add an e-mail attachment (pdf file) using Fastmail, It wont attach a file of 1.8M size, but smaller ones are ok. The attachment works fine using Chrome browser.

I tried re-installing Firefox, and also updating Java, all to no avail.

Any help appreciated

Hello there,

Clearing your browsers cookies and cache can help remove excess data that could be causing Firefox to behave differently.

You can try and clear the cache/cookies by doing the following:

1. Click the menu button and choose “History” 2. Then click “Clear Recent History” 3. Clear everything and tick all the boxes before clicking on “Clear Now”

Finally, relaunch your browser and see if the issue still persists.

Hope this helps!
