Hi reymon, since we don't have remote access to your computer, unfortunately you'll need to get the crash report IDs from that folder and post them here. To open the folder, go to the Windows Start menu and paste that path into the search box and press Enter. Then Windows should take you to the folder and show the submitted crash report IDs.

Meanwhile, if you are getting nearly instant startup crashes and you use Norton or Symantec security software, let me mention something that is "going around" in case you also have this problem.

Users with either of the Applian Technologies programs Freecorder or Replay Media Catcher, AND Norton/Symantec security software, are encountering severe startup crashes. Since presumably you don't want to switch away from Norton, you can remove or deactivate the Applian software as follows:

(1) Uninstall & reboot

If you have either of those programs and it isn't essential, try uninstalling it and then restarting Windows to ensure that none of its components are left running.

Will Firefox start normally after that?

(2) Prevent auto-startup

If you prefer not to uninstall the program, a few other users said using the msconfig program to prevent FlvSrvc.exe from running at startup bypassed the problem.

See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-configuration

You still may need to reboot to unload the software from your current Windows session.

Success?
