I am attempting to do a live stream on Streamyard.com and cannot get my camera or audio to work. They work in Zoom and on that website in Chrome, so the problem appears to be specific to Firefox. In privacy and security, when I click on camera and microphone nothing is showing as having permission, and nothing can be added. I do not get the pop-up window asking whether I want to grant permission to the camera or microphone so I cannot unmute or activate the camera. Pop ups are not blocked so I should be seeing this message.

On a website I use, there are lists of data that sometimes have rows that exceed the amount of what's viewable on the page. I used to just scroll down by clicking the down arrow or select the scroll bar and do so. After trying to select the scrollbar several times I can finally use the scrollbar to scroll down in a coarse manner )several rows at once), but I still can't click the down arrow to scroll down one row at a time. My cursor changes to side to side arrows. This does not happen on Chrome. I haven't tried Edge. It's version 128.0.3. I believe this occurred after a Windows update. I couldn't get a screenshot of when my cursor changes, but it's when I attempt to click on the arrow at the bottom. I wonder what I can do to restore scrolling?

After last few updates, Firefox does not work with some web app . Ona Navionics chart viewer I can not create route even in manual mode or automatic, something does not work in your bro-wser, beacuse in Rdge everything working correct.

Hello, Please see the screen shot. The site - https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/ opens without any difficulty. I want to redeem a code for Practical English Usage that I bought with the Oxford Dictionary. To this I need to go my account to open- https://account.oup.com/myProfile/learningMaterial Unable to open this site. Not even in other browsers. Tried deleting cookies etc. No help

I have similar issue. Have file that has all the tab history, but can't get Firefox to recognize or use it. The scrounger pulls up everything so the file is good it seems.

Why can't, or how do we get Firefox to use it?

For the last two days the search box for Wikipedia is missing with Firefox, but works properly with Chrome and its various derivatives.

My FireFox is 128.0.3 64 bit which it claims is the current release. It claims to have updated last on July 27 which is an obvious red flag. Is there some way to force FireFox to revert to the previous release?

I can get to a search box it by right clicking on the magnifier and opening the search box in another tab or window, and then deleting the original tab which is rather cumbersome. I've turned off all ad blockers and so forth.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I need to download Websites automatically via Batch exaktly like the Browser would save them via Strg+S.

I used curl to do that and it worked fine for many years but now the Source-Website has changed and so curl is no longer able to get the content. The problem is that the URL / Website that the Browser downloads does not contain the information. This is loaded later by a java script.

So when I open the URL in the Browser and look at the Source-Code I can see something like

 <script src="/example.js"></script>

When I press Strg+S to save the website the whole site is saved, because the java script was executed by the Browser. Curl does not process java so it saves only the source code with the "<script src="/example.js"></script>"

Question is: How can I download the URL directly with the Java Script executed so that the informaion is included too ?

I have followed the instructions and removed the button from the toolbar for Firefox View but I have issues - When I restart the PC and launch Firefox the button returns. - Also I click on Tools - Firefox View is shown as an option.

How can I TOTALLY remove Firefox View not only the icon but from the Tools Menu altogether?

Just happened today. When I try to log in to SECU, I get verify you are human. When I select the box, the system say error code 600010.

How do I save passwords on Mozilla? It's a wretched browser that has led me around in circles. It keeps saying PASSWORD SAVED when I save it, but buggerall happens when I need the password. What do I do? Uninstall Firefox?

I have the following problem: Windows 7 crashed after coming back from standby. When I restarted Firefox it restored a 3-month-old session. The sessionstore.jsonlz4 file was missing in the profile folder. I searched for a backup in the sessionstore-backups folder; unfortunately all were too old. Windows Restore was not running on my computer.

Using EaseUS Data Recovery I found a recovery.baklz4 file from 10 days ago, tried renaming it etc. but Firefox won't use it for recovering. It is probably corrupt ...

I used https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/scrounger.html but I get an error saying: Session history file contents could not be read?

Is there any way to repair the file or extract the URLs to use them manually?

can't download files from any sites (it write eror....) i can dowland only from google wtf i live with this problem -+ 1 year if you need to write me i add my discord and telegram to images if you have some ideas to fix write me please. Thanks🤍

I am using Firefox 128.0 on Fedora 40. Whenever i am playing a youtube video its saying "An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: YfAmDqxb_Y3iWVfB) Learn More" I have no issue with ad blocking add-ons because i have Youtube Premium, so hopefully that's not an issue. I have tried few solutions from the forum , which were :

1. Unchecking "Use hardware acceleration"  Under Performance tab in Firefox
2. Using firefox safe mode
3. Refreshing Firefox
4. Deleting my cache/history
5. Enabling "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc." in my addons

But still i am having the same issue, its been 2 days, I am unable to find an appropriate solution to this. Kindly help me regarding this.

The integrated webcam (IMC Networks Integrated Camera, according to lsusb) on my linux laptop does not work in firefox (v124). It works in desktop apps (eg webcamoid), and chromium. I've checked the permissions (about:preferences#privacy), and that is not the problem. about:support does not list the device in the input at all. I've tried using LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libv4l/libv4l1compat.so, but that has not helped. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When I scroll down the page on MSN and try to open a link in a new tab the page jumps back to the top. It then opens a link of another article that I never right/left click on. I have my mouse set up to left click to open a new tab. Does not occur on any other sites.

It has been doing this for months now.

Videos stopped playing on Firefox today. I had no issues even this morning but starting a few minutes ago no videos would load and play. I am able to play videos on Chrome and no other video/audio issues. I restarted my pc and cleared Firefox cache/cookies but that hasn't fixed the problem. I am using Windows 10. Could you please assist?
