Cannot login. Running FF version 129.0.2 64bit.

On using Google search, many times it behaves as if I've done nothing...

Communication between Firefox and their server seems dropped. Press enter/search and... nothing

Or do they* want us to use Chrome?

Firefox keeps getting "An error occurred during a connection to redirectlinkway.top. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" when I try to use Juno email.

Microsoft Edge works fine on Juno email, but I don't and to drop Firefox in favor of Edge. Firefox has all of my bookmarks and all of my passwords.

For a while now, websites will refuse to load unless I re-launch the browser or swap between troubleshooting mode and regular. To further clarify, the problem persists with both troubleshooting and regular modes. The website itself does not matter, as it happens with every website. When re-launching the browser the website works fine, but the issue might come back on a refresh. Furthermore, it might take several reboots to load the website. I have tried half a dozen different things from a clean install of Firefox to using a few recommended tweaks to the config.

Okay, so starting a few months ago, ANY time I try to search Google from my Firefox start/home page... Nothing. It just will not go. It just loads forever. 3 out of 5 times it will not do anything. However, I can go to Opera which has all the same plugins and its totally fine. Most times i open a new tab I know confidently that whatever I try to search for is not going to load.

This keeps up Im gonna uninstall Firefox and just start using Opera full time.

I use this 2 websites almost on a daily basis: www.saij.gob.ar and www.cij.gov.ar. They are official government websites that contain information about the laws and jurisprudence of my country. Since about last friday, whenever I access any page on those websites they don't display all the information they are supposed to. In the case of saij.gob.ar pages only show the header, but not the full text of the law. In the case of cij.gov.ar/sentencias.html when I try to download a court ruling I get a 0kb file. I thought it was an issue with the websites, but it turns out I can access them just fine from my phone using Chrome. I can even access them on the same pc, using Firefox private browser mode. It seems to be an issue with the "regular" version of the browser. This is a big deal to me, because I need to use those websites for work.

Notice how small the scrollbar is in the second image, because there's a lot more content on the exact same page. Before you ask: I already tried accessing the website on "troubleshooting mode", it keeps displaying it wrong.

I cant log into x.com. Whether tracking is set to strict or not. I just get the same error. I have tried re-starting my browser and computer. I currently have it set to strict and have it turned off for this site. Why cant I go to this web site?

Hello, the Secure Connection Failed started up after one of your recent updates. It is affecting News Max and my banks internet banking software. Both sites work fine in MS Edge. The fix I read on your site said to try this: "In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.

   Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
   copy the next security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling and paste it in the search field
   double-click on it to make it false
   close the page, exit firefox and restart it. "

Doesn't work for me. What else can I try?

Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, vimeo.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window. Many websites show this. How to overcome this

When I go to linkedin.com, it gets stuck on the loading screen and never progresses to a usable site. It worked fine on August 22nd but was broken on the 23rd, and I don't think anything on my end updated overnight. I haven't noticed an issue on any other websites. Is there a way to fix this?

• Works fine on safari and chrome.
• No change when I disable adblockers.
• Restarting firefox did not fix it.
• Deleting cookies and clearing the cache did not fix it.

I'd like to be able to see the help page on audible in desktop browser I can still open the help page in chrome but not Firefox and it is annoying having to switch browsers.

When I try to edit & crop in Google Photos, I get the image artifacts as you can see in the image with lines and the image doesn't correct itself so it's impossible to edit well. If I save the image after all the lines are added, then reload it will show but then I have to start the crop over again to get both sides.

This works fine in Google Chrome, so there is some issue with the Firefox browser on my laptop. graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics 1920x1080 x 8bit 60.05 Hz refresh rate

What could be causing an issue on Firefox but not Chrome?

I'm using FireFox 129 64bit on Windows 10. I have Google set as my default search engine.

Lately, when I type search criteria into the address bar and press Enter, nothing happens. And if I then try to navigate to google.com at that time, it just doesn't load at all. This doesn't happen every time, but it has been happening often enough to be annoying. So I just load up Yahoo instead to conduct my search.

No other site has this problem.

Is this a problem with google.com itself, or with Firefox's handling of it?

Since your last Firefox update I have no longer been able to access the Canon UK website. www.canon.co.uk returns the website menu but within a second it greys out and becomes unusable. The same happens when I try to access any other Canon UK address. I'm running Win 10 on my PC and Win 11 on my Laptop. Both display the same problem. If I try to access the same sites via MS Edge I have no problems nor do I have problems accessing other sites on Firefox. I like using Firefox but do not wish to have two browsers open at the same time. Maybe I should change to Edge.....? Please help - Laurie Wright

The website https://www.thehindu.com/myaccount/ does not open up in Firefox (129.0.1). But it duly opens up in Edge. I cleared the cache in Firefox and tried number of times. But the page expected to open a login page, so I even added pop-up exception for the web site. But it still does not open in Firefox. Opening the site in Edge was a cakewalk without clearing cache or adding a pop-up exception.

Problem: When exporting or downloading content from the GUI in the digital forensics tool Velociraptor, underscores are appended to the beginning and end of filenames. File is otherwise downloaded correctly, but removal of underscores necessary if original filename is desired. One hypothesis is that perhaps for security reasons there were changes made in Firefox 127 for how character escaping is performed.

Tested Operating Systems: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11 22H2, Windows 11 24H2, macOS Sonoma (14.5) Affected Firefox version(s): Confirmed 127.0, 127.0.1, 127.0.2 Tested Firefox versions which do not reproduce the behavior: 126.x, 125.x > Testing Microsoft Edge, Chromium, Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux: files download with correct name as expected. Testing performed with clean installations on clean VMs with no add-ons enabled.

To reproduce: Download the latest release of Velociraptor from Github (at the time of this writing, 0.72.3) for preferred platform / operating system. I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

Since 129.01 i cannot play HD Videos on amazon any longer. This Problem happened alot over the years. It really goes on my nerve. The only reason i cannot get rid of spyware like chrome is because its the only method to watch amazon videos reliably. SD only works, Widevine also had an update yesterday, so maybe its part of the problem. Anyway, did a Firefox reset, testet on another windows machine. Does not work anymore. Please fix it.
