I lost power today and when I had it restored, had a message that the Firefox versions were incompatible (I think it got interrupted during an update. Anyway, no internet access through Firefox, so I deleted Firefox thinking I could reinstall and all might be good. So far, not so good...

I was able to Google my way to install the extended release version of Firefox for dinosaurs but I lost all of my bookmarks. Is there a way to get this back? I would hate to start over finding the places I visit and also recalling old spreadsheets, documents, etc....

Any help would be appreciated.

Why does a website (communityapps.com) open and function in Firefox and also Safari on my Macbook Pro (2020) but gives only a blank page in Firefox (loading OK in Safari) on my iMac (2021) both with current & identical OS and Firefox versions? (I don't want to use Safari.)

When playing YouTube videos in full screen using

Firefox: the gear button and the "restore screen size/exit full screen" button are nonfunctional (nothing happens when I tap on them).

Google Chrome browser: the gear icon button is nonfunctional.

DuckDuckGo browser: the gear icon button is non functional.

Opera browser: the gear icon button is non functional.

This problem started about a week and a half ago.

When searching with Firefox, I am forwarded to a Captcha using Google search. I am not required if searching from chrome. Why the difference and how do I use Firefox and avoid the Captcha requirement?

I went to my local streaming platform Videoland (It's like netflix, a paid platform to watch series) And it's telling me the video can't play because my browser version is too old and I need to update it.

Of course, I checked and, well... my firefox is up to date. What could be the problem?

I donated to MZLA, looking forward to an "improved" Thunderbird. I am very frustrated by the result.

Downloaded and started new Thunderbird, and I have several questions:

This is a serious inquiry; I am desperate for information & help.

1. What happened to my address book? How can I get it back? A hundred or more addresses just disappeared.

2. What happened to all of my saved messages? How can I get them back? I used to have a neatly organized file of saved messages. If I was still using Tbird for my business, I would be looking for a lawyer. As it is, I am simply looking for something as useful as the old Tbird.

3. How can I save a message to a specific category or off line file? I used to have several hundred categorized files in my data base for saved messages.

4. Why does my effort to use a help request not respond to my mouse clicks? It seems to always want more donations.

5. Can I go back to the old version? It was easier to use and more straightforward.

6. What am I missing in this "new and improved" version? Is there another email application that would give me the nice features of the old Thunderbird?

7. Can I revert back to the old Tbird and recover the extensive lost addresses and saved messages?

8. If I decide the "new and improved" Tbird will not provide the features the old one did, how can I get a refund of my contribution?

How do I delete multiple emails? I keep getting emails that say that I am at 95%. The only way I have figured out how to delete emails is one at a time! That will take a long time. I have tried clicking and selecting and that is not working! HELP!

When I attempt to search something and expect a redirect to my search engine or try to access a site that autocompletes in the address bar (for example, typing drive, autocompleting to drive.google.com, then clicking Enter to go to Google Drive), sometimes the website does not load after pressing Enter, and it is as if the search/address input did not go through after pressing Enter.

This seems to be an issue that has been occurring only over the past few months. What may be the issue, and how may I resolve this?

Why does TB 115.14.0.. 32bit on Win7 occasionally not download an email that I can see and read when using the web site email program? (Currently.com AT&T on Yahoo)

this needs to be able to be disabled. I cannot view my reports on medicare.gov due to this security measure. Help and forums are not helpful.... It says just open in a new window, but if you do that, you have to log in and then it is not a new window, and will not open. Now I have to go another browser which irritates me to no end because I have used firefox always. There are many sites that have embedded information and reports that I would like to see, but cannot and they are perfestly SAFE. NOT ok firefox.

Yesterdays update of Thunderbird seems to have crashed my Thunderbird and all it's saved info. How do I restore it and I searched my hard drive and can't locate the .exe file?

One of the Firefox profiles does not save logins and passwords, but other profiles of the browser at that same computer have not that problem. How can I solve this problem ?

After 129.0 update hulu streaming quit working. I have other streaming services that still work fine. I tried it on older version of firefox 115.14.0esr (64bit) (old pc microsoft 8.1) and it works fine there. Can i go back to an older version of firefox or is this a known issue with update?

 This is the issue, Hulu website loads and allows you to log in. When you try to stream a show it plays commercial then freezes.
