On the " Add ON "RELAY," How do you use it? It is strange that nobody explains adequately how to use SOME of the the Add-ONS!

I lost power today and when I had it restored, had a message that the Firefox versions were incompatible (I think it got interrupted during an update. Anyway, no internet access through Firefox, so I deleted Firefox thinking I could reinstall and all might be good. So far, not so good...
I was able to Google my way to install the extended release version of Firefox for dinosaurs but I lost all of my bookmarks. Is there a way to get this back? I would hate to start over finding the places I visit and also recalling old spreadsheets, documents, etc....
Any help would be appreciated.

I enjoy sending and receiving messages using TextFree on all of my devices.
But after the previous two updates of FireFox on my Windows 7 64 bit PC (the last one was today). I get a generic page instead of my messaging page when I go to this link:
https://messages.textfree.us/login
The page still works fine under Chrome, so it's clearly something that the update of FireFox broke.
Any possible fix?
