I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Some sites stopped opening, although in other browsers, and through the phone everything opens up. I've tried reinstalling the browser, disabling extensions, resetting DNS. It didn't help. A list of sites I'm having trouble with: https://www.deepl.com/ https://enka.network/ https://7tv.app/ https://hsr.hakush.in/ and some other sites that I can't remember right now. In Chrome he working. Sites like youtube twitch and other poplar working too, idk why firefox have problem, maybe its new update?

Help! Since the last upgrade I can't log in to several of my sites- the sign-in page refuses to load (e.g. https://ottawacitizen.com/) and several site Captchas refuse to accept any answer. In all cases, Safari has no problem when I switch to it (I hate their interface compared to Firefox). I'm on macOS 12.6.6 desktop.

Greetings, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox that comes up when I try to visit https://deraltersrechner.de/. It won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a bug in the website, a browser issue, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else have knowledge of this problem or recommendations for a fix? I've attempted removing addons and cleaning the cache in my browser, but the issue still exists.

So recently on the latest Firefox version 128.0.3 (64-bit) I have seen blank pages very often. Be it me trying to search for something using google or opening results of such searches, my Firefox just displays a blank page. Sometimes it's the fifth tab, sometimes it's the second tab - but it has happened a lot within the last week. At first I thought I might be running out of RAM but that doesn't seem to be the case because next tab opens and plays nicely as seen in first screenshot. I'm running Windows 10 x64 and have no plans on going Windows 11 ever, but this is just silly.

This morning, for the very first time in 12 years, I opened my hotmail/outlook email tab and got a completely blank white screen, and nothing more. I've restarted my laptop twice, just to see if it was a Windows glitch. Nope. I disabled ad blockers with the little shield in front of the URL--still no change.

I love Firefox and prefer to use nothing else. However, I tried to open my email with Edge and it works fine. It also works fine on my older computer that did NOT get the Firefox update, so something is amiss here. Firefox updated recently on this machine and I'm wondering if something went wrong in the update. I'm not very tech savvy, but can anyone help me?

Many web pages now 'flash' when opened in FF (128.0.3 64bit W10). ALL graphics images turn on then off in synchrony. Text does not seem to be affected. Disabling HW acceleration has no effect.

On my food menu website (https://cavamenuprice.com/cava-menu-waldorf-md/), I’m encountering an issue in Mozilla Firefox where the menu layout appears misaligned and some images are not loading correctly. The mail.com login page does not function. It loads but all the tabs on the drop-down log-in menu are dead. At the same a long list of text tabs appears on the left side (superimposed over page in light blue print). These text tabs function, but there is no login option among them.

I have tried refreshing and opening a new tab, nothing works.

The page works fine on Bing.

The failure began in late July.

youtube always crash after sometime. i've 16Gb of ram, so it took sometime for me. but the crash is inevitable.

in the console, i saw some errors. mostly 401 and CORS to google ads domain. we all know that youtube is doing something shady to catch Adblock users.

no adblock, no extension, clean profile and incognito mode. it still happen. this problem is not unique to firefox, it happen to chrome too.

Trying to get to the "http://localhost:631" website from my Ubuntu 22.04, but always get "can not connect". What is going on? What do I need to do to fix this? I have tried to add this website to the exception list but it changes the http to https.

I have had trouble with Instacart features such as adding items to a pending order, or leaving feedback or a tip for a shopper. Most of the same Instacart features seem to work correctly in Chrome, but of course I would rather use Firefox. But having said that, some don't work properly in Chrome either!

Since doing an update on the Firefox browser, I am unable to access one specific website that had no issues prior. The website that is no longer available to open in Firefox is owned/managed by an organization outside of the USA. After 3 or 4 days of attempting to open this specific website, I launched a Google browser and had no trouble opening the website. I am hoping that Mozilla is not going to the culture of suppressing religious freedoms by deciding which websites can and can not be accessed on that basis.

Having an issue where Youtube live streams works for around 30 seconds and then "Something went wrong" error happens and the stream stops. I've tried Troubleshooting Mode and it continues to happen.

Oddly, using a private browsing window fixes it. I figured that may mean that I should clear my cache/cookies but that didn't fix it for normal browsing. From my testing it doesn't appear to be extension related because I've tried a private browsing session with all of my extensions allowed in private and the stream was steady.

Disabling Hardware Acceleration didn't do it either.

For the past week, anything Google just refuses to load unless I clear my cache every few minutes. I open a new tab and type in a search and the tab does nothing. I try to open my gmail and the page won't load. And navigating the settings tab every few minutes is getting really annoying.
