I had a cryptogroup email account on Mozilla Thunderbird for many years. Then quite suddenly it stopped working. I could get no information about why or what happened even long after it expired. It just went away.

I moved to another system. But I find myself in a legal battle that requires an email from that system. I have no way to access it since the server is no longer available. But I desperately need a copy of that email.

Is there any way I can get to those emails or to someone who can get to those emails and send me a copy of the email I am looking for?

Obviously this cryptogroup email will not work any longer. So any notifications sent to it will not get to me. So Please send any response to nvfree@proton.me.

I often run into issues with PDFs in Firefox Linux. They either appear totally blank (typically after suspend/restore), or they appear with the desktop background showing through (as in the attached screenshot).

Hard refreshing the page doesn't change anything, opening a new tab and opening the PDF again doesn't change anything, opening a new window and loading the PDF doesn't change anything.

Hallo, ich habe Windows 11 neu installiert, nun habe ich das Problem, das angeblich mein Mail Passwort nicht stimmt. Ich habe schon alles ausprobiert, die korrekten Passwörter von T-Online eingebeben, die Passwörter geändert, nichts hilft. Ich habe auch schon Thunderbird neu installiert, doch alles ohne Erfolg. Könntet ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen, das ich dieses wundervolle Programm wieder nutzen kann?

Have been using Trello through Firefox my default set up for years. Currently can't access Trello through Firefox. Can access Trello through Google Crome. How do I fix? never had this problem before?

Hi Starting this weekend I have been unable to purchase items online using Firefox browser on my Windows Desktop. On the weekend I tried to purchase an item from PolarPro, but when I clicked on the checkout button it was unresponsive. I thought it likely that there was a glitch in their website and made the purchase using my iPad. Then today I tried to buy an item from Bandcamp and again had the ssame problem. When I clicked to confirm the purchase my screen was unresponsive. I tried to send an email to you guys and clicking on the send button, same again - nothing happened. This is a new thing and quite frustrating. Let's see if this email gets through. Cheers Richard Wedekind

I recently had to update all my passwords for all my Thunderbird email accounts. It all seemed to go well. I was able to logon to all my email accounts, but just 2 days ago I wasn't able to logon to one of my secondary email accounts.

I haven't been able to clearly understand just where my passwords are located, so does anyone have any suggestions on where to find my passwords?  I'm stuck....

I changed on my desktop system from classic Firefox (Rapid channel) to the Firefox ESR-version. And now I search a firefox ESR-version for my Android-smartphone.

--> Does also an ESR-version exist for Andoird like for desktop systems?

It seems more and more websites refuse or deny FF as an acceptable browser. My bank, my electricity provider are just two examples.

Is this being addressed?

I needed to migrate my account to another laptop and i was advised to use the the following method: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer.

However, all the emails dated prior to the move, come up blank now, only the headers can be seen.

Server type is POP

I cannot download them from webmail as for majority the previous server was IMAP which is no longer connected.

Where is the send button? Where is the Undo Delete button? Why can't I add them BACK to the tool bar?

There are other problems and somebody should poke the responsible braintrust with a stick for fucking things up.

Finally WHO fucked up the email client with this last update?

Seriously fix it or I am moving on. Been with thunderbird since the beginning.

I have reports from two people who cannot get their messages to me. One goes back to sender marked "blocked", the other is marked "refused to receive this message". I do not have any filter settings on either address. Can you tell me what is going on? Also, how can this be corrected? Thanks Marion Nickey

I have a "new" computer and am trying to get my yahoo email. I use my usual login.yahoo.com. But I get an error message saying that I need to disable cookies to use firefox. This is not a problem on my old computer. Both computers are Lenovo Thinkpads, same year.

For about the past week I've been having trouble with Gmail and Google Search in my Firefox browser. Typically, I open a Firefox window with multiple tabs and leave the window open all day. I always have Gmail and Google Calendar open in tabs. What happens is that the Gmail tab will at some point give me a message that it cannot connect and has timed out and is trying to reload, but it never reloads, it just stalls. Then I try to open a Google search bookmark to search and the tab remains blank. This happens multiple times throughout the day. Meanwhile I can open Gmail or any Google page in Chrome, which I don't like using.

Sometimes I can close out the Gmail tab that won't load and try to open Gmail in a new tab, but that stalls out too. The only way I can open Gmail again is to close out the Firefox window completely and then relaunch it, then it can open Gmail or Google... until it breaks again.

This never used to happen. I'm using the latest versions of Windows 10 and Firefox on my desktop PC. Nothing else has changed.

Please help me fix this, it's very annoying.

Hello, I´ve deleted my e-mails on my gmx account, because the storage space was filled. I´ve also emptied the bin. I was sure to have my e-mails on my thunderbird account on the computer, but they are all gone....Is there any opportunity to reload them? Thank´s a lot
