I keep getting a reply when I try to look up my private URL’s.I can get what it says if that helps? It’s a message I am not familiar with.I also can’t get my mailbox or Safari back up.I have no way to get an email to someone.I have alerted Avast about 15 x that I have no mailbox or Safari,yet they don’t help me.Can you please offer any help?!Don’t send the answer cuz it has no place to be delivered.All I can say is when I go into the Apple apps store. I go to apps look up mail and it says it has restrictions on it.That’s all I know or can tell you.

I was orrdering services from GROOME TRANSPORTATION online a few minutes ago, and got a message to SAVE my bank debit card info to FIREFOX which I thought was part of the booking process of this vendor. When I try to sync my iOS, device, I am able to scan the QR code on my desktop machine, then I am asked for my two FA code from the authenticator app, and after I submit that, I repeatedly receive the error screen noted on the uploaded image below. When trying the alternative method of signing in with my email password, my mobile Firefox app simply hangs and does not proceed after I enter my current password.

I have changed my Mozilla password. I have signed out and signed back into Mozilla account. I have restarted my iPhone. I have restarted my desktop. I am successfully synced between my desktop and laptop.

Any suggestions?

How can I print a website without headers and footers. If there is no printer set FF can save a website as pdf but it adds headers on top of the page in the right and left corner.

Recently when I move the mouse, the screen zooms in. The "command -" does not reset the screen. "View sZoom actual size" works, but I have to use it many times each time I use the computer. What is causing this? How can I fix it? It only started in the last couple of weeks.

I’ve already changed passwords but they have managed to delete a lot of my personal stuff including passwords. How do I stop this? Also the Firefox focus app keeps wanting to open an external browser even though I have it set as default as I am able to use it atm. But I know I’m still hacked. I have 0 internet connection on most apps and features. Also getting pages that when I inspect them they look like the photo attached….
