It could be that one of your add-ons is preventing the button from showing up. First, go to the Firefox button > Help > Restart with add-ons disabled. If that fixes the problem it means one of your add-ons is the cause. See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems for steps to figure out which one.

I am all set. I did not realize that the print option was under the Firefox button pull down menu, not having its own button.
