I have not got "organize" bookmarks on the drop down menu. How do I get it?

I have got Firefox 5.0 but cannot find "organize bookmarks" in the drop down menu from "bookmarks." I want to export these to save them but cannot do so.

It's now called "Show All Bookmarks" which has the same features as 'Organize Bookmarks'.
