Once you have installed Firefox you can import the data, for details see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Importing+bookmarks+and+other+data+from+SeaMonkey

For Thunderbird see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Migrate_from_Mozilla_Suite_or_Netscape_to_Thunderbird
