I keep adding the bom site to the excemption but never allows me to open it , goes to my modem page & again no view and lock me out of site but to modem page ?? and now access to the bom radar site .

I get the page that the website doesn't support a secure connection and it works if I click the button to continue to the HTTP website.

You aren't using permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History) ?
