I am sorry, but I do not know what you mean by the menu bar. Do you still see the addressbar open in Firefox for Android?

the menu bar I am referring to is usually located on the right on top of the page. it is still available on my desktop, however, not on my tablet, which runs on Android. for a better understanding I attach a screenshot

Just to explain a little better: the menu bar I am referring to contains a pull-down menu, where e.g. you can click adjustmends and several additional functions.
