I no longer have access to the line that usually appears in the "OFFLINE STORAGE" section of the NETWORK tab under the ADVANCED icon of the OPTIONS setting under "TOOLS". I am using Firefox 5 & have never had this problem before. Only the CLEAR button shows up on the right hand side but the usual line showing the amount of cache being used on the left of the button does not appear.

  • try in Firefox's safe mode
    • do not make changes on the first window, just click on continue
    • use the default theme

Note
Firefox 5 is no longer supported and not considered secure. It would be recommended you use the current public release which is Firefox 7.0.1
