Hello - not sure if this is only my computer or what... Firefox: 64.0.2 (64 bit) Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.292]

I have disabled ALL add-ons, turned off tracking blocking, allowed third-party cookies, etc.

When I go to www.officedepot.com, and click on the Weekly Ad link at the top and try to click on a product, any other browser will take me to the product. This works in Chrome, Edge, IE, Opera... but not in Firefox. This is kind of annoying and I don't understand why it's doing that.

I don't have a issue going to the product but they do have a popup ad that shows up. Any popup they present are from their side and firefox can't stop it.

I opened the site and went to the Weekly Ad link. I had no problem on any page.

Is your problem just on the Weekly Ad page? What about the other site pages? And other websites?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi Fred - yes, it is only on that page. I tried the safe mode and it still did the same thing. It is only my windows machine. If I do it in FF in Linux it works fine. Strange. Maybe I will do a reset of FF and try that.

Well, I just did the refresh (Held Shift key down while starting FF and chose the Refresh option) - still doing same thing -- so strange! Next I will try to completely uninstall and reinstall. Not sure if it has something to do with my Anti-Virus (Norton Security)

As a test, disable it.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
