Roboform Toolbar Disabled in WF11, no remove option

more options

I am using WaterFox 11. Ever since I switched from FF to WF, my RoboForm toolbar has been missing. When I check on it in the Add-Ons Manager, it is disabled and has no buttons at all: no OPTIONS, no ENABLE, no REMOVE.

Nothing. Nada. Zip. You can see a picture of it here: http://imgur.com/t0xC0

I tried updating RF to it's latest version (7.7.6) but still no joy.

I thought if I could uninstall the RF add-on, maybe it would work after a reinstall, but I can't get it off my WF to begin with.

Any ideas?

Waterfox is a community branch of Firefox and is not supported. If you want support from SUMO, please update to Firefox 12. Sorry. You can try http://www.overclock.net/t/975626/waterfox-11-0-13-mar-2012-firefox-64-bit

Thank you for the reply, Tylerdowner. I'll check over there.

In the meantime, if this were FF instead of WF, have you seen this problem (where there was no REMOVE option)? If so, is there a way to fix it? I tried the options in the Cannot remove an add-on (extension or theme) article.

Perhaps some other fix for FF might work on WF.

Thanks,
