why will firefox on my Android tablet only dispay in mobile mode

i have a Samsung 10" tablet but when i go to websites it defaults to the "mobile" version and there is nothing i can do about it. Even when I delete the mobile designation on the end of it. I want the full version other mobile browsers allow me to get the full website

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/phony/ should allow you to change you Use Agent to desktop Firefox, which will then make websites show you the full desktop version of the site.
