You have asked me to upgrade 13 times in 3 days; they all fail for "unknown reason" along with several crashes "unknown reason"
Your website has offered 10.0 upgrades 13 times in the past 3 days (#14 is on the screen now). Each time the download fails "unknown error." (I am fairly new to Firefox since my Safari died.) My Firefox version is 3.0.19. Please don't tell me I have download every version between this and 10..2. Life's too short. Thanxxx for your help.

Maybe first try to install the latest Firefox 3.6.x
