That extension has: Works with Firefox 1.5 - 10.* , so it should be working with your Firefox 3.6.x version and the current Firefox 9 release.

I currently see a very slow response with downloading that extension. I've clicked few times because nothing happened and now I need to cancel them all. So you may need to give it another try in case a timeout occurred.

The maxVersion as coded in install.rdf is 4.0.* , so your Firefox 3.6.25 version doesn't require a compatibility check to install it, but Firefox 9 does need to do that.

Thanks for trying. I will explain better this time. I have been to both pages suggested and the download does not work. The first page--i select 'add to firefox' Next page--install add ons i select 'install now' Next--page appears saying 'restart firefox' Next--i am taken back to the original download page and no 'grabber' shows on my right click.

I have repeated several times, even restarted my computer and it does not download.

I do have an anti virus program running, but it does not interfere with other download/installs.

I saw another post with a link to a different grabber site, but my computer program warns me that it is malicious and not to download it.

Can you help me?
