Updated to firefox 4. A LOT of unsorted booksmarks dissappeared from menu.. but if i type in the start of a page title of the "lost" bookmarks.. the links to them show up in the address field.

Firefox seems to recognize that the bookmarks exist. I can't make them show up in the bookmarks menu. i've tried restorting bookmarks from an earlier date but that failed. And i don't have my old bookmarks backed up.

solved. i deleted the places.sqlite, places.sqlite-journal and json files and got ALL of my lost bookmarks back
